My wife ordered this collage just recently. We didn't have any problems with the shipping, but the quality of
the product is terrible. Each of the individual frames are just attached to the next with 2 small wood screws and the
whole thing will start to come apart before you have all of your photos in it. The cheap wood used to build the
frames will split and break off where the screws are, and the tiny brackets attached to the rear for hanging
popped right out of the frame. Overall we really regret this purchase and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Product looks good but when it arrived a piece of the frame on the back side was broken. I am trying to glue it back on instead of returning it. The box they shipped it in was way to large for the frame and very little packing material inside to prevent breakage.
